I am writing with regards to your advertisement in an Australian publication for a caretaker for your six years old child. I am interested in this position as I love being with little ones. Although I have never been to Australia, I have heard a lot about it and I would like to take this opportunity to offer my services as a caretaker for your child for six months.
At present, I am working with a German family in Canada, looking after their six to eight years olds for the last one year. Apart from being friendly and caring by nature, I have a special connection with children which makes my job even more interesting. Therefore, I am confident, I would be a suitable candidate for providing care to your child.
Moreover, I would like to utilize my spare time after work, for making friends and exploring the neighbourhood, as I am fond of travelling and interacting with new people.
