The Essay:

Whether beginning school at a very young age is vital or keeping children at home until they are of six or seven years, is a moot point. According to me, going to school before turning six or seven years of age provides a host of benefits, which go a long way in their holistic development.

To commence with, when children attend school at an early age, they learn many things which are not possible at home. New languages, extra curricular activities such as swimming, dancing, games, musical instruments and many more, can be learnt in a play way method in the company of other little ones.

In addition, behavioural and other skills of sharing, accommodating, interacting with a wide variety of children, is all feasible in a school environment. This provides a rich experience for children where they get exposure to discipline at a young age. This in turn would foster adhering to rules later in life.

However, some people are of the opinion that young ones ought to be at home until six or seven years of age, develops a good bonding with their parents and grandparents. They argue that this is crucial for a feeling of security and firm self belief. Besides, they build a stronger immune system that helps to make them stronger.

To conclude, I believe that sending offspring to school at a very early age has greater advantages, rather than keeping them at home until they turn six or seven. They get trained in numerous skills and are more healthy vis-a-vis other children who start school later.
