You forgot an item at the hotel where you stayed on vacation recently. Write a letter to the management and say

Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you that I stayed in hotel Ambience for two days just a week ago. It was an enjoyable and pleasant stay for me, however, unfortunately, I left behind my wallet in Room No.221 on the second floor. I was in a rush to board the train and that is why could not check all my belongings prior to check out.
My wallet brand is Tommy and is embossed with my name in black and red colors on the front. It is a very precious item for me because I received this as a gift from my parents while I turned sixteen. Besides, all my credit and debit cards are in this wallet apart from a paltry sum of money in Indian and European currency.
I would request you please communicate with me immediately as soon as you get my wallet. Additionally, I would seek your help to courier this to my address which is already recorded at your reception.
