I am writing to complain about the unsatisfactory visit to your restaurant recently . Our group members of the Red Cross Club generally conduct our monthly meeting in your hotel on the last Friday of every month. During our trip to your restaurant few days ago, we encountered poor services in food as well as ambience.
Unfortunately, the dishes were rather cold and bland. We waited for a long time for our order to be served. Moreover, the music was too loud to interact with each other. Despite many requests, your staff did not turn down the volume. Frustrated by this treatment, all of us left your bistro immediately.
I would request you to please take up this matter of wanting services and food and discuss with your team, besides providing the needed training. Apart from this, our group should be provided a meal discount coupon which can be used in the next visit.
