Write a letter to the manager of your insurance company. In your letter

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform that I recently lost my laptop while on a holiday to Spain.
It was a Samsung laptop of the model type SG-178xg. It was very sleek in design, with an Intel 5 processor. Moreover, it weighed one kilogram that costed around $1250 last year. Besides, it was kept in a laptop bag, made of leather and dark brown in color, with my initials on it, on the bottom left corner.
I was dining at a restaurant in Toledo, with my husband. The name of the restaurant was Mason La Orza which is located at the Calle de Descalzos street. We spent about 45 minutes there, before realizing that my laptop was missing.
Kindly let me know the exact procedure to get my claim for the value of the above mentioned item as it already insured with your firm. Additionally, please let me know how much time the entire process would take, as I might have to travel for some business trips soon.
