The Letter:

Dear Mr. Golf,

I am one of your tenants from D-112, Nagel Road, Moscow. I have been residing here with my family for almost half a decade. We live on the same floor as yours on the far left end.

I am writing to share my concern about some wooden furniture we received when we moved in, that are not in a good state anymore. The cupboard, almirah and other several tables have started shaking and making some noise, may be due to prolonged usage sans maintenance. Since we have two little naughty children in our family, I believe it is not safe for us to have them.

Therefore, I request you to come over and examine the existing faulty woodwork and have it repaired by your carpenter. Alternatively, the same could be replaced. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest to avoid any mishap.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Mananjay
