Essay Topic : It is more important for students to study history and literature than another political figure in science and mathematics. Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.

Essay: It is opinionated that studying subjects like Literature and History is more crucial than having science and Mathematics in curriculum
However, I believe that studying both practical as well as theoretical is good for pupils. In further paragraphs, I will give some reasons to support my view. Firstly, having a subject like a history and literature in curriculum makes students aware of the history of their nation, culture as well as religion. Moreover, by studying such subjects, they come to know about the sacrifices made by freedom fighters to free their nation. learning such product is mandatory if a child wants to appear in competitive exams for becoming a politician, lawyer or civil servant.

On the other hand, studying practical subjects has their own significance. To become a doctor, an engineer or an architect pupil have to opt practical subjects like science and maths. It is almost impossible to pursue in a technological world without scientific knowledge that can be gained only by studying science. Apart from this, these subjects broaden their thinking, and they stay away from superstition. When they know scientific reasoning behind every phenomenon, they shirk misconceptions.

To conclude, learning both subjects practical and theoretical at school level have significance and should be made mandatory at secondary level so that children can have basic knowledge which is necessary. After that student should free to pick and drop the subject of their choice.
