Complain about late delivery of product ordered

Dear Sir,

I am writing to complain regarding the delay in delivery of Samsung smartphone, which was ordered by me on your portal www.amazon.in. I had to wait for a couple of days prior to receiving this item because it did not reach my residence as per the scheduled date stated while ordering.

I ordered this phone on 2nd March, 2019 because it has an inbuilt memory around 64 giga bytes and hence I can upload a myriad pictures and other documents in this phone without a fear of low memory. Apart from this, my old phone has been working slow for the past few months and gets switched off automatically due to a small processor, which is not the case in the brand new phone.

I would like you to send an email or message immediately with a valid reason mentioned, in case delivery is late. In addition, a customer must be allowed to pick his or her packet direct from store if delivery boys are not able to fulfil their promise and deliver goods on time.
