Recently you have traveled by plane and during the journey, you had an issue with one of the airline employees. Write a letter to the company manager and say

I am writing to complain about a problem faced with one of your airline executives. I boarded Tricejet Airways flight 786 on 22nd February, 2019 from Delhi to Pune at 22:00 hours at Terminal 3. The journey time was around three hours.
I am disappointed to mention that I faced issues with your staff member while putting my luggage into the cabin space over the seats. Apparently, he refused to put in my bag unless he managed some space for it and asked me to retain it with me. What is more, I was standing next to my seat owing to the baggage. Admittedly, I never confronted such a casual approach from your associate towards a passenger, which was very unpleasing for me, since I am a regular flier.
Therefore, I would certainly expect you to take immediate action against such employees, which will effect the brand image of your reputed airlines. Moreover, this would also ensure that other travelers may have better inflight experience in your airlines.
